About me
I started Tamashi as a part-time project whilst continuing to work elsewhere in September 2024. The food truck has developed into something truly special and unique, far surpassing my expectations.
Having travelled extensively and experienced global food scenes, my goal was to create a ‘Soul Food Experience’ from the Far East reflecting the street food cultures found in major asian cities. I have created tasty, hearty, comforting & authentic dishes which pay homage to Eastern flavours.
Initially I served mainly Japanese and Korean classic and street foods, before gradually adding more signature dishes from other countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong.
Feedback has been excellent with many repeat customers.
